Children’s Ministry

TIME FOR CHILDREN

(for kids of all ages)

Every Sunday, children are invited to the front of the sanctuary for a mini lesson on scripture, prayer, or God’s love.  This brief message is delivered in a way that children can relate to and understand.  Following Time For Children, they depart to their age specific Sunday School program: Noah’s Ark, Faith Forest, or Cross Trainers. Some recent examples are below:

nursery

(for infants and toddlers)

Children may be dropped off in our staffed Nursery and play room before the worship service.

noah’s ark preschool

Noah’s Ark meets during the 10:00 a.m. worship service. Children have the option of attending the beginning of the worship service and heading to the Nursery after the Time for Children. They’ll enjoy a Bible story, song and simple craft, followed by play time.

Faith Forest

(for grades K-4)

Faith Forest meets for faith-filled, friendly fun on Sundays during the 10:00 a.m. worship service. Children attend the beginning of the service, through the Time for Children. Contact Director of Christian Education Kelly Higgins at khiggins@fpclg.org to join our email distribution.
