Partnership with Living Waters for the World
First Presbyterian Church of La Grange currently has covenants with five partner communities in El Salvador. We have been supporting El Espino with upgrades that allow their water team to produce much more clean water that the community desperately needs. We sent a team to El Paraíso in 2022, to San Cristóbal in 2023, to San Rafael Cedros in 2024 and to Mercedes Umaña in 2025 to aid in the construction of water purification systems with accompanying public health education for their communities. Contact the Church Office at admin@fpclg.org to find out how to get involved!

Trivia Night Fundraiser
Saturday, February 28, 6:30 p.m.
We plan to send a team to our sixth partner community in El Salvador in the summer of 2026 and invite you to our annual Trivia Night fundraiser on February 28 at the American Legion Hall in La Grange to help us continue this vital ministry!
Doors will open at 6:30 p.m., and trivia will start at 7:00 p.m. The entry fee is $30/adult and $15/student. You can pay by dropping off or mailing in your check labeled Trivia Night, using the online Giving page of our website, or through Venmo.
Sign up at the table in the Narthex, at this link or by contacting the Church Office; you can sign up as a team (of up to 8 people) or as an individual or couple and we’ll pair you with other team members.
Auction Now Open
We will be auctioning off several items at Trivia Night, and you need not be present to win. Visit our auction webpage and place a bid using the online form. Then you can check back to see where the “current bid” stands and rebid as desired up until 6:00 p.m. on Saturday, February 28. Final bids will be taken at the Trivia Night event. All proceeds from the auction will go toward our Living Waters for the World ministry in El Salvador. Got an auction item to donate? Contact the Church Office, and we’ll add it to the page!
